OutKool offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with full tracking included.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• Europe: 5–12 business days
• North America: 7–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier disruptions.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your order ships. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your parcel.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and resolve it for you.
